We are now recruiting a passionate, proactive, and supportive Store Operator to handle successfully 3 missions:
What configurations need to be done to launch a new store successfully? How to configure promotions and events correctly? What trainings do clients need to use Scalefast’s platform comfortably? Are newly released features working as expected by the client and by UX standards? If you can answer these questions, then you are the master of our front and back-office operations we are looking for.
The successful candidate is a real e-commerce enthusiast with previous experience handling online store operations using state-of-the-art e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, with a natural will to support clients in using our platform.
What will I do?
Create new store configurations
Manage and control catalogue imports
Overviewing store launches first orders / fulfilment / stock related topics
Prepare product preorder and launches
Schedule events and promotions according to client requests
Check that storefront configuration such as banners and content are up-to-date
Report potential issues to the e-commerce Managers & the technical team
Update product information on demand
Create new products on demand
Manage incoming orders from 3rd party platforms such as eBay, Amazon, …
Perform store user acceptance tests and report bugs
Report on store performances to the management
What do I look like?
I have a Master’s degree in digital marketing or equivalent
I have previous experience managing an e-commerce store using a well-known solution like Shopify or Magento
I have experience managing marketplaces
I have experience performing user acceptance tests
I have outstanding English written and oral communication skills
I am comfortable training people in English
I am multi-tasking and organized
I am rigorous and detail-oriented
I am flexible, innovative, and work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
I am a problem-solver
I have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
