We are actively recruiting a new member of our Payment & Anti-fraud team to ensure that Scalefast keeps the fraud rate as low as possible by analyzing blocked orders. The main objective is to repel fraudsters and allow customers to buy without problems. You make the platform evolve to be able to handle more and better our customers' needs, decreasing the cost and increasing performance and stability.

What will I do?
manage blocked orders in all stores.
Block fraudsters while not blocking real customers.
Present data related to our department in a clear informative, manner.
Configure anti-fraud rules in Adyen.
Configure payment information in Gateways.
What do I look like?
I spent 2+ years in a similar role related to online payments and anti-fraud
I have worked with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary stakeholders in the past
I am fluent in English, fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
I am organized and love keeping close track of projects
I have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
I have good knowledge of MS Office and am very comfortable with Excel
I am proactive and not afraid to share my own ideas
