Job requirements

In our HR team you will:

  • Proactively build and maintain Scalefast People’s Culture.
  • Implement internal communications strategies and gamification.
  • Partner with the rest of the HR team, IT team and other departments for onboarding tasks, projects, and trainings.
  • Organise external training and courses.
  • Create visually attractive internal documentation, presentations, and material for internal sessions.
  • Organise the Onboarding Program for new hires and coordinate the buddies process.
  • Deliver training sessions both online and in-person.
  • Coordinate internal projects.
  • Create the Scalefast Newsletter.

Requirements:

  • A high level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Experience creating and implementing a smooth Onboarding Process for new hires in various countries.
  • The ability to write with clarity and purpose.
  • Pay extremely close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable speaking in public/delivering presentations.
  • Good stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Work with efficiency and focus to keep an organized, clean inbox and prioritize tasks. Can you keep track of what you are working on even when you are working on a hundred different things?
  • Love problem solving and making teams and processes more efficient.
  • Be curious about the eCommerce sector.
  • Microsoft 365: Sway, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams will be your daily tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience automating HR processes
  • Basic knowledge of a graphic design program.
  • Prior experience with Redmine
