Job requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Install, manage and maintain all system hardware and software throughout the organization, resolving problems where necessary
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements, modifications, or changes to an organization’s IT systems to reduce costs and upgrade the systems
  • Perform regular maintenance on software & associate ancillary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency
  • Design and document all IT security measures and standards for all computer software and hardware
  • Develop and maintain Intranet and Internet websites
  • Provide regular status reports to management
  • Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in all applications for systems and maintain knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies

You have:

  • At least 1 year of experience on a similar role.
  • Basic technical knowledge about computers, operating systems and software.
  • Basic English level both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge on Active Directory (preferably on Azure AD system)
