Scalefast is seeking an energetic and ambitious Marketing Content Coordinator to help engage target audiences for our rapidly growing eCommerce solution company with offices in Los Angeles, Lyon and Madrid.

The ideal candidate has a background in software, is a native-English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills. Success in this role will come to an aspiring communications leader with a strong eye for design, borderline compulsive organization skills and experience working with large digital asset catalogs. The selected candidate will also be a capable business evangelist who knows how to navigate blog and social media platforms to promote our endless stream of video and written content to internal and external audiences.

The position will report to the Director of Content Marketing and collaborate with the demand gen, product and sales teams to develop and amplify content and sales collateral that aligns with Scalefast’s communication goals, including buyer and seller enablement, training tools, brand awareness, lead generation and customer retention.

Job requirements

What will I do?

  • Co-develop and manage social media calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Monitor social conversations, utilizing every opportunity to engage with the audience
  • Respond to community members in real-time and develop tactics for how to increase community engagement across our channels
  • Assist in the creation of digital marketing and training assets for buyer and sales enablement, client success and business development including working with the Knowledge Center team to create, edit, index and publish user guides
  • Interpret technical documentation and help convey the information clearly in written and video form for non-technical users
  • Coordinate and assist in campaigns and other engagement opportunities to connect audiences and support brand growth
  • Report and analyze weekly / monthly/quarterly social engagement data to optimize community strategy and execution
  • Assist in asset production including photos, video, GIFs, and copy as needed

What do I look like?

  • Native English speaking & writing skills a must. Spanish or French is a plus
  • Experience in social listening and planning tools (e.g. Sprout Social), blogging platforms (e.g. WordPress), and Hubspot Knowledge Base or similar is highly desired
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.) is a plus
  • Ideal candidate has 3 – 4 years in marketing or public relations experience for software as a service and/or startups
  • High initiative and comfortable in a self-directed, remote environment working across functional areas independently or as a team
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • A heightened interest in technology, advertising and the retail sector
