Our European marketing team is seeking an experienced and ambitious Marketing Program Manager to bring jet fuel to market growth of Scalefast’s exciting new retail experience analytics platform, Air360. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Marketing - EMEA and collaborate with Air360 executive, sales, business intelligence and marketing operations teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with Air360’s sales goals, including brand awareness, content engagement and deal progression.

The role plays a key role in the success of our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should know how to apply data analytics to personalize and optimize paid media and content at various stages of the customer journey. The Marketing Program Manager for Air360 will be accountable for media planning, deployment, measurement, reporting and improvement of program results across internal teams and outside agencies, interact with C-level team members and build new opportunities for expansion of the addressable market.

Job requirements

  • Develop and deploy multi-channel SaaS and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Proactively engage with the sales team to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities on sales engagement and deal completion
  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based multi-lingual marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
  • Report on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including website, blog, email, social networks and search campaigns against weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through A/B testing, better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Collaborate on web content and landing pages as it relates to CRM enrichment and automated lead flows to ensure escalation of sales-ready prospects to the business development teams
  • Take a leading role in the enhancement and utilization of marketing automation tools, including Hubspot and integrated analytics and ad delivery platforms
  • Lead internal reporting and generation of dashboards that quickly assess performance against established KPIs and industry benchmarks
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a B2B demand generation marketing role, ideally for software as a service (SaaS), business intelligence (BI) or ecommerce solutions
  • Hands-on expertise with Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram ad platforms (LinkedIn ad platform is a plus)
  • Expert knowledge of leading CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly attentive to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all reporting
  • Highly analytical with the ability to uncover “so what?” marketing insights from attribution models, customer database analysis, historical data, funnel reporting, and other sources
  • Native French or Spanish language speaker with excellent verbal communication skills and a superior command of English is a must
  • An innate desire to test and iterate to continually optimize performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, ambiguous environment with a lean, collaborative team
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with cross-functional peers
