Scalefast is looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer with a real focus on interface and product design! Integrated within the design team, you will work closely with other teams and will be tasked to create design interfaces and user experiences.

You will:

  • Participate in co-conception workshops with clients
  • Create and adapt our clients' graphic universe to their e-commerce projects
  • Design web and mobile interfaces based on specifications and /or UX deliverables
  • Solve users’ pain points by offering constant improved UX
  • Collaborate with the Data analysis team to get insights on what to improve
  • Produce prototypes and mockups in line with the product team’s requirements
  • Produce optimized user flows to help the creation of detailed specifications
  • Drive UX/UI workshops and provide expert feedback on team member’s suggestions
  • Take into account the stakes and the constraints of the technical integration in your designs
  • Help elaborate and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Help find smart solutions to complex problems with user experience as a constant priority
  • Benchmark B2B SaaS Product UX
  • Lead thought leadership in product UX and UI improvements
  • Validate front design integrations in line with expectations

Job requirements

You are:

  • A senior UX designer with at least 5 years of experience, with solid UX thinking and visual design skills
  • A very good communicator in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe design solutions
  • Experienced in designing usable, web-based interfaces such as SaaS products
  • Data-driven
  • Rigorous, flexible, creative, curious and product-oriented
  • Able to communicate about your work with coworkers and clients
  • Sensitive to user experience and have a strong interest in design interfaces
  • Dynamic, joyful and bring good vibes
