Scalefast is seeking an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager to help tell our story through digital and social media. The successful candidate will collaborate with content creators to develop and amplify an editorial calendar that aligns with Scalefast’s sales communication goals, including thought leadership, market research and lead generation.


This role plays a key role in the success of our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has managed multiple social media channels in a business-to-business environment and is familiar with analytics to personalize and optimize content. The Social Media Manager will complement and coordinate efforts across internal teams and outside agencies, interact with C-level team members and build new opportunities with prominent influencers.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:
• Execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness among key executives, analysts, and influencers in the retail and marketing communities
• Promote our sales narrative through multiple mediums and channels with quality, clarity, and consistency of voice
• Interface and complement the daily activities of a multi-agency team composed of other writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals
• Collaborate with brand, product, and sales leaders to create new promotional collateral and concepts
• Execute a publishing schedule of channel-optimized content that promotes marketing assets and messages throughout the year
• Identify and use target keywords to write copy that is optimized for search engines and trends while remaining entertaining and informative
• Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
• Stay abreast of industry and channel best practices and stay ahead of the competition


Skills:
• Minimum of three years of B2B social media and content development experience
• Familiarity with accepted tools for social media scheduling and monitoring, (e.g. Hootsuite), CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and CMS (e.g. Wordpress)
• Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for added content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
• Utmost attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a superior command of the English language
• Extremely computer literate with an eye for graphic design, especially within LinkedIn, Twitter and leading B2B social media platforms
